Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), you will be met by your Southern Travel Tour Manager and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network of over 200km that functioned as miniature cities with living areas, weapon factories, and field hospitals during the war. After an introductory video, you will have the opportunity to crawl into a section of the tunnels before returning to Ho Chi Minh City for dinner at an Indian restaurant and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day excursion to My Tho in the Mekong Delta, the homeland of coconut. You will cruise the Mekong River by boat to observe local life, visit an island to enjoy fresh tropical fruits and traditional folk music, and take small rowing boats through palm-shadowed canals to visit local factories. In the afternoon, you will visit the Vinh Trang pagoda, which features a unique blend of Chinese, Cambodian, and French architecture, before returning to Ho Chi Minh City for the night.

Following breakfast and hotel check-out, you will fly to Danang. Your afternoon begins with a visit to the Son Tra Peninsula to see the Giant Lady Buddha Statue, followed by an exploration of the caves and pagodas of the Marble Mountains. You will then experience a traditional basket boat ride at Cam Thanh coconut village before heading to Hoi An Ancient Town to see the Japanese Bridge and Chinese Assembly Halls, ending the day with an overnight stay in Danang.

The morning is dedicated to Ba Na Hills, where you will take a cable car to the summit to visit the Le Jardin D'Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, and the iconic Golden Bridge. You will travel via the expressway to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to check into a cruise boat. While cruising through the seascape of thousands of limestone islets, you will enjoy a fresh seafood lunch. The itinerary includes stops for visiting karst grottoes, swimming, or enjoying the sunset from a beach. You will have dinner and spend the night on the boat in the bay.

After enjoying the sunrise over the bay and a light breakfast, the boat will continue cruising past uniquely shaped islets like Sail Island and Butterfly Rock. Following a full brunch on board, you will disembark and transfer back to Hanoi via the expressway. You will then be headed to the airport for your evening departure flight (scheduled after 20:00) to conclude your journey.
