A. You can book your tour online with any of our Offices located in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam and Rajahmundry OR from any of our authorized agents. Details of our offices & agents are mentioned in the website. Payments can be made online through Credit Card / Net Banking AND at our Offices through Cash OR Demand Draft in favors of “SOUTHERN TRAVELS PVT. LTD.”(Payable at New Delhi). Passenger who cannot come to our office can deposit the amount at specified banks mentioned below across India (Please confirm the seat availability before payment).

After the payment is made you are requested to Fax us a copy of the pay-in-slip along with the details of the tour, to our Fax: +91-11-2875 7308.

A.You can pay for the tour package’s amount online by Credit Card OR by International Bank Transfer by using the Swift Code as mentioned above. Any transaction charges levied by the bank have to be borne by the passengers. Booking will be confirmed by us after receiving the payment in our bank account.

A. Simply select a Tour Package and make payment online by Credit Card / Net Banking (with more than 15 banks).

A. Besides valid Photo identification, please note the following additional requirements are necessary for bookings made using Credit / Debit cards. Any failure to do so, for any reason whatsoever, shall result in Southern Travels Pvt.Ltd denying boarding privileges to the customer / passenger(s).

  1. Indian Credit / Debit cards: Customers are required to present the credit / debit card OR a photocopy of the credit / debit card duly signed by the card holder used to pay for the booking, at the time of boarding / availing the services.
  2. International (Non Indian) Credit / Debit cards: Customers are required to present the credit / debit card or a photocopy of the credit/debit card duly signed by the card holder used to pay for the booking, a photocopy of the passport and Visa, at the time of boarding / availing the services.

Note: Debit cards of select banks are accepted for online transactions. Please check our website while booking to know if your debit card can be used for online transactions.

A. To book a tour for someone else, you can simply type in his or her name instead of yours for the passenger names. Your profile information (e.g. name, address, contact details, etc.) will be used as a default. However, you may type over the appropriate fields and replace them with the traveler's information.

A. Yes, however, INR prices are applicable to residents of Indian states while International fares are applicable to foreigners as well as to Indian residents.

A. would indicate you the booking status online before you book. After we receive confirmation of your payment, we will send you an immediate e-mail confirmation, which would include your ticket along with passenger details and price. You may also confirm your reservation online by accessing our website though your login details.

A. If you need to change your seating arrangements for a tour that you booked recently, please email us or call us. Based on the nature of your request and seat availability, we would let you know whether the required changes in seating arrangement are possible or not.

A.  If a passenger has to cancel the tour due to any reasons, then he or she would have to make an application in writing to that effect, along with the original receipt issued by the company. Such cancellations will attract cancellation charges.

A. Once you are a registered member of our website, you can edit your profile at any time by logging into our website with your registered username and password. Once logged in, your current profile will be displayed where you can edit the details you wish to change and click Submit. Any changes that you made will be updated immediately. If you wish to change your password, click on “Change Password” link to reset your password.
