Udaipur is royally beautiful with all its lakes, earning the name of ā€˜City of Lakesā€™, glorious palaces and wildlife sanctuaries. Udaipur was founded by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1553. The city is also known as as the ā€˜Venice of the Eastā€™. Rajasthanā€™s rich folk culture is marvelously portrayed through the many festivals which is a must try. Overnight stay.
