Arrive at New Delhi airport / railway station and proceed to the Pink City of Jaipur (265 km/6 hrs). En route visit Amber fort. On arrival, check into the hotel. After fresh-up, visit City Palace, Albert Hall, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar.
In the morning, proceed to Mughal city Agra (235 km/5 hrs). On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the famous city of Mughal emperor Akbar. On arrival at Agra, visit the Agra Fort and the famous Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan. Proceed to Mathura ( 60 km/1.5 hrs). Visit Janmabhumi (the birth place of Lord Krishna). Later, drive back to Delhi (145 km/3 hrs).

Agra, situated on the banks of the Yamuna River in Uttar Pradesh, is one of Indiaās most iconic historical cities and a shining jewel of Mughal architecture. Once the capital of the Mughal Empire, Agra flourished under emperors like Akbar, Jahangir, and Shah Jahan, becoming a center of art, culture, and architectural brilliance. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this white marble masterpiece symbolizes eternal love and architectural perfection. Another grand monument is the majestic Agra Fort, a massive red sandstone fortress that served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors. Within its walls lie palaces, audience halls, and mosques that reflect the power and refinement of the Mughal era. Visitors also explore the serene gardens of Mehtab Bagh for a breathtaking sunset view of the Taj Mahal, and the exquisite marble inlay work at the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, often called the āBaby Taj.ā Agra beautifully blends romance, history, and heritage, making it not only a monument city but a timeless symbol of Indiaās glorious past.
Fatehpur Sikri is a city and built near the much older Sikri. Akbar named the city, Fatehabad, with Fateh, a word of Arabic origin in Persian, meaning "victory"; it was later called Fatehpur Sikri. The city served few Mughal kings as their capital. According to historians, Akbar, the great Mughal emperor took great interest in the building of Fatehpur Sikri and also dictated its architectural style. Akbar planned the complex of building on Persian principles. The Easy availability of sandstone in the neighboring areas also meant that all the buildings here were made of the red stone. The imperial Palace complex of city consists of independent pavilions arranged in formal geometry on a piece of level ground.
Mathura is revered as one of the seven Sapta Puri (seven holiest cities) in Hinduism and holds supreme importance as the birthplace of Lord Krishna. The main site of pilgrimage is the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, built around the prison cell where he is traditionally believed to have been born. Located on the western bank of the Yamuna, Mathura is also central to the history of ancient India, flourishing as a major center for art, culture, and trade under various empires. Devotees perform rituals at the numerous ghats along the river, with the Vishram Ghatāwhere Krishna is believed to have rested after defeating the evil King Kansaābeing the most sacred.
Jaipur, the largest city of Rajasthan is popularly known as Pink City. It was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber, after whom the city has been named. The city today is remarkable among pre-modern Indian cities for the width and regularity of its streets. The urban quarters are further divided by networks of gridded streets and five quarters wrap around the east, south, and west sides of a central palace quarter. The Palace quarter encloses a sprawling palace complex, formal gardens, and a small lake. Nahargarh Fort, which was the residence of the King Sawai Jai Singh II, crowns the hill in the northwest corner. The observatory, Jantar Mantar, is one of the World Heritage Sites and is an extremely popular tourist destination in Rajasthan and India.
