07.00 hrs.Arrive at Amritsar.Check into the hotel.After fresh up ,visit Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh. Evening proceed to Indo-Pak Wagha Border. Later drive back to hotel.
Ealry morning, depart to Delhi . Enroute visit Kurukshetra( Known as Dharma Kshetra of Pandavas and Kauravas and famous for Mahabharata War) . Reach Delhi in the evening and board the train / flight for your onward journey.

Amritsar is the spiritual center for the Sikh religion in the state of Punjab. It is home to the Harmandir Sahib, also referred to as the "Golden Temple" as the spiritual and cultural center for the Sikh religion. This important Sikh shrine attracts more visitors than the Taj Mahal on week days alone. The city also houses the Sikh temporal and political authority, Akal Takht. Amritsar is situated 217 kilometres northwest of state capital Chandigarh and is very close to India's western border with Pakistan. The main commercial activities include tourism, carpets and fabrics, farm produce, handicrafts, and light engineering. The city is known for its rich cuisine and culture and also for the tragic incident of Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919.

The name Chandigarh translates as "The Fort of Chandi", which is derived from an ancient temple called Chandi Mandir, devoted to the Hindu goddess Chandi. It is also referred to as The City Beautiful due to its beautiful surroundings, central grid of gardens and different species of flora.The city of Chandigarh was the first planned city in India post independence and is known internationally for its architecture and urban design. The city has projects designed by architects such as Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Jane Drew, and Maxwell Fry and tops the list of Indian States and Union Territories with the highest per capita income in the country.
