For Tour Nos. 1 to 8 : Before 48 hours of the departure of the bus: 10% / before 24 hours of the departure of the bus: 50% & with in 24 hours of the departure of the bus: No refund.
For Tour Nos. 9 to 20 : Before 7 days of the departure of the bus: 10% / Before 3 clear days of the departure of the bus: 50% & within 3 days of the departure of the bus: No refund.

We are running 24 hours JET Airways Reservation counter at our New Delhi office-Hotel Southern complex. We offer concession on flight tickets. One ticket will be free for every 15 tickets. Please contact any our branch offices for advance reservations.

1. PLEASE purchase entrance tickets from the monuments directly. Free entrance for children below 5 years. Free for all on all Fridays. Tourists will carry their luggage in our buses at their own risk and responsibility.

2. Kindly adhere to the time schedule announced by our Guide / Driver at every point to ensure covering of all places. If you happen to miss the bus, you will have to make your own arrangements to reach the next place.

3. CHILDREN below five years will not be charged and will not be provided with seats. Children above the age of five years will be charged full tickets.

4. L.F.C/LTC Southern travels Pvt. Ltd. is recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt.of India. All Banks and Corporate offices, including Life Insurance Corporation of India, approve our receipts for LFC. We are running LTC tours in collaboration with ItdC / Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd.

5. No compensation will be available if any person does not take food during the journey (where the fare is inclusive of food).

6. No food will be supplied at Kedarnath & Yamunotri, as the catering unit cannot reach there. You have to take food in the hotel at your own cost, at these two places. transport by pony (horse) and other incidentals from Gaurikund to Kedarnath/Hanuman Chetti to Yamunotri and back are at your cost, which are not included in the tariff, and to be borne by you separately.

7. Dormitory accommodation without bed is provided as a complimentary (No refund will be made if not used) at all places in all our tours wherever night halt is involved, except at Delhi.

8. Tourists are at liberty to make purchases from anywhere they like. The company does not take any responsibility for their purchases nor do we recommend any particular shop.

9. A.C / Non A.C TOURIST BUSES/VANS/TATA SUMO/CARS are available on contract for groups of 7,12,18,27,35 & 50 capacity.

10. Check out time at Jaipur, Simla and other places is 12 noon. We are making arrangements for rooms from 12 noon only. If bus reaches before 12 noon at the above places, only fresh up arrangements are made while rooms are allotted from 12 noon.

11. Buses going to Chardham and Badrinath-Kedarnath are returning back to Delhi at 3-5 AM. Avail free dormitory accommodation up to 8AM, if you so desire.

12. To hill stations like Mussoorie, Nainital and pilgrim centres like Badrinath-Kedarnath & Gangotri-Yamunotri, only smaller buses are allowed to ply on this hilly region. We are operating 18, 27 seater coaches to these places. Seats of last row (nos.23 to 27) of those coaches are non-pushback on account of restrictions for hill fitness of smaller vehicles.

13. No refunds will be entertained in case of missed sight seeing tours.

14. Local conveyance charges to monuments at all stations from our last bus stop point will be borne by the tourists.
