Morning after arrival at Guwahati and drive towards Shillong, Umiam Lake . visit Elephant Fall and Shillong Peak. Evening free for leisure or for shopping in the famous Police Bazaar in Shillong.

SHILLONG – DAWKI – MAWLYNNONG

Drive to Mawlynnong. Visit the cleanest village Mawlynnong in the world. drive to Dawki. Later back to Shillong. Overnight at Shillong

SHILLONG - CHERRAPUNJEE - GUWAHATI

    It is the headquarters of the East Khasi Hills district and is situated at an average altitude of 4,908 feet (1,496 m) above sea level, with the highest point being Shillong Peak at 6,449 feet (1,966 m). Local taxis also travel to Cherrapunji, and give you the option of stopping at a few viewpoints and sights on the way from Shillong to Cherrapunji (Elephant Falls, Mawkdok Dympep Valley View and others), as well as visiting spots in Cherrapunji (the Mawsmai Cave, Cherrapunji Eco Park, the Nohsngithiang Falls or Seven Sister Falls).

    Kaziranga is a vast expanse of tall elephant grass, marshland, and dense tropical moist broadleaf forests, crisscrossed by four major rivers, including the Brahmaputra, and the park includes numerous small bodies of water. Kaziranga has been the theme of several books, songs, and documentaries. The park celebrated its centennial in 2005 after its establishment in 1905 as a reserve forest.
