Complimentary Transport: For the Convenience of the tourists, we are providing complimentary transport from New Delhi/Nizamuddin Railway stations to our hotel on the date of your arrival for persons staying in our hotel subject to availability of our vehicles. This facility is extended to avoid harassment and exorbitant charges demanded by taxi/auto drivers.

"Bogus agent alert!!!"
Now a days, several bogus agents are operating at Railway Stations / Airport who will misguide and talk to you in Southern languages and inform you that there is no accommodation in our hotel, or the hotel is closed for renovation, or the entire area is under curfew and they will inform you to register yourself with tourist information available and take you to some bogus travel agents and make false calls to our hotel and inform you that there is no accommodation available and take you to some other hotel where they get commission which is prevalent in Delhi. We do not allow such commission. Kindly do not believe such information. "Dial yourself" and contact us directly for any information. The identity of such persons may be ascertained and you may make a complaint in writing to the Police Authorities and send a copy to us.

Kindly check up the names list from our representative and make sure that your name is already there in the list. Otherwise, the bogus, who will approach you will misguide and take you to some other hotel to make commission. You can meet our representative at the exit gate of the Nizamuddin Railway station, if you have already informed us the details of your arrival.
